Srinagar This week, Union Home Minister Amit Shah presided over a series of key national security events, making several significant revelations about major terror attacks reported this year, including the Red Fort blast and the killings of tourists in Pahalgam. Below is a brief outline:-

40 kg Of Explosives Used In Red Fort Blast, Says Amit Shah:  Union Home Minister Amit Shah this week said that  40 kg of explosives were used in the Red Fort blast, adding that security agencies dismantled the terror network behind it and recovered three tonnes of explosives before a larger plot could be executed.

Pahalgam Terror Investigation Will Expose Pakistan Globally, Says HM Amit Shah: Home Minister Amit Shah this week said that the comprehensive probe into the Pahalgam terror attack would place Pakistan in the dock at international forums, asserting that the findings demonstrate state-sponsored terrorism targeting peace and development in Kashmir.
  4. Delhi Blast Case Not Routine Policing, But Watertight Investigation, Says HM Amit Shah: Calling the Delhi blast probe exemplary, Amit Shah this week said that the investigation showcased seamless coordination among agencies, preventing a major terror strike and establishing a benchmark for counter-terror operations linked to Kashmir-based modules.
  5. Organised Crime Funding Terrorism In Kashmir, Says HM Amit Shah: The Home Minister this week said that organised crime syndicates initially involved in extortion later link up with terror outfits after leaders flee abroad, channelling illegal proceeds to finance terrorism, particularly in Jammu and Kashmir.
  6. Technology changing terror landscape in Kashmir, warns HM Amit Shah : Home Minister Amit Shah this week said that terrorists are increasingly using technology, cyber tools and hybrid warfare methods, urging agencies to stay “two steps ahead” to counter evolving threats in Kashmir and other sensitive regions.
  7. Strong Anti-terror Grid Vital For Kashmir’s Future, Says HM Amit Shah: The Home Minister said India must build an impenetrable, multi-layered anti-terrorism grid to secure lasting peace in Kashmir, stressing that vigilance must extend far beyond borders to neutralise emerging threats.
