Pipping ceremony held at DPL Awantipora

Srinagar : A pipping ceremony was held at the District Police Lines (DPL) Awantipora to honour the recently promoted Assistant Sub-Inspectors (ASIs) who have been elevated to the rank of Sub-Inspector (SI).
Officials said that promotion ceremony for officers was marked by the decoration of their new ranks by the Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP). The SSP expressed satisfaction with the officers’ well-deserved promotions and emphasized the importance of commitment to their duties, professionalism, and enhanced public service. In response, the newly promoted officers committed to fulfilling their responsibilities with enthusiasm and dedication, expressing gratitude to the department for their timely promotions. The event was attended by several senior officers from the Police District, including the Additional Superintendent of Police, Sub-Divisional Police Officer, and Deputy Superintendent of Police.
