Dy CM meets delegations, emphasizes prompt redressal of public grievances

Jammu: Deputy Chief Minister, Surinder Choudhary, Monday asserted on ensuring amicable redress of public grievances and seamless delivery of services across Jammu and Kashmir.
The Deputy Chief Minister, while interacting with various public delegations at the Civil Secretariat, Jammu, assured them that all their issues and concerns would be looked into for speedy redress at the appropriate forum.
He instructed the officers to address the public issues on priority while ensuring prompt service delivery at people’s doorstep.
During the interaction, the Deputy Chief Minister met the delegations from different districts of J&K, including students, job aspirants, aspiring entrepreneurs, representatives of business associations, civil society organisations and scores of individuals. The delegations apprised him of their concerns, demands and other pressing issues.
He reiterated the need for timely service delivery and maximum coverage of beneficiaries under various welfare and developmental schemes of the government. He emphasised on ensuring timely completion and quality work execution of developmental activities undertaken across J&K.
