Srinagar : Police on Saturday said that it has carried out a search on the orders of a local court on a shop belonging to Mohamed Amir Rather, R/O Litter Pulwama.
In a statement issued here on Saturday Police said theasearch operation was conducted under the supervision of a Magistrate and independent witnesses to ensure transparency and adherence to due process. During this operation incriminating materials, including posters were recovered from the Jammu and Kashmir Democratic Freedom Party (JKDFP) besides whic literature that is banned was also seized. All seized items have been secured for thorough examination. Ongoing investigations are focused on the broader implications of the case and to identify any additional connections related to the confiscated materials.
