Awantipora: The Centre for International Relations (CIR) at the Islamic University of Science and Technology (IUST) on Friday held an orientation programme titled “How to Crack Civil Services: A Practical Roadmap,” as part of the CIR Coaching Academy’s ongoing lecture series. The session was led by Mr. Mir Mushtaq Qadir, a civil services mentor with over 20 years of experience in guiding aspirants. The programme aimed to support students preparing for civil services examinations and saw active participation from faculty members, scholars, and students. Prof. Abdul Wahid Makhdhoomi, the Registrar of IUST, emphasized the necessity of consistent hard work and strategic planning for achieving success in civil services. Additionally, Dr. G. N. Itoo, Director of the Centre for Good Governance and Policy Analysis, underscored the importance of effectively utilizing available resources.
