Awantipora: The Centre for International Relations (CIR) at the Islamic University of Science and Technology (IUST) on Friday held an orientation programme titled “How to Crack Civil Services: A Practical Roadmap,” as part of the CIR Coaching Academy’s ongoing lecture series. The session was led by Mr. Mir Mushtaq Qadir, a civil services mentor with over 20 years of experience in guiding aspirants. The programme aimed to support students preparing for civil services examinations and saw active participation from faculty members, scholars, and students.
