DC Bandipora visits Under-Construction JNV Brar; reviews ongoing works

B’pora: Deputy Commissioner Bandipora, Indu Kanwal Chib, along with Senior Superintendent of Police Bandipora, Ajaz Ahmad Zargar, Saturday visited the site of the under-construction Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV) at Brar to review the progress of ongoing works and assess the overall status of construction activities.
During the visit, the DC inspected various sections of the project, reviewed the pace of work on different components, and stressed the importance of maintaining quality standards, structural safety, and strict adherence to timelines to ensure early completion of this important educational institution.
Principal JNV Bandipora, Tejinder Singh, briefed the Deputy Commissioner about the ongoing works, current execution status, and issues that require inter-departmental coordination. The DC directed the concerned executing agencies to expedite the remaining works, remove bottlenecks, and ensure continuous on-site monitoring for maintaining quality at every stage.
On the occasion, the DC further instructed that all safety protocols must be followed rigorously at the construction site and emphasised that progress should be reviewed regularly so that the institution becomes functional at the earliest.
The DC was accompanied by Executive Engineer Jal Shakti, Mutayib Bashir; Tehsildar Bandipora and other concerned officers.
