Kishore directs executing agencies to accelerate the pace of work, ensure tangible results on the ground
G’bal: A review meeting regarding the physical and financial progress of ongoing developmental projects under SASCI was convened Friday here under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner (DC) Ganderbal, Jatin Kishore.
Officers from concerned departments briefed the chair regarding physical and financial progress achieved in ongoing works taken up under SASCI viz. Infrastructure cum Farm Development at MRCSG Shuhama, Construction of Main Building for PHC Kullan Ganderbal, various water supply schemes, Walling of District Hospital, Ganderbal among others.
DC directed the officers to accelerate execution of allotted works, ensure their completion on a fast-track basis without compromising quality standards. He also instructed them to ensure full Utilization of available funds.
Taking strong note of slow progress in certain projects, DC directed them to submit the details of milestones and progress achieved on a fortnightly basis. Besides, he also called for close monitoring of both physical and financial progress achieved.
Chief Planning Officer, Chief Medical Officer, AEEs and other concerned officers and officials attended the meeting.
