DLSA Srinagar to Organize 4th National Lok Adalat on Dec13

Srinagar : Under the directions of Executive Chairman, J&K Legal Services Authority, Justice Sanjeev Kumar and Member Secretary, J&K Legal Services Authority, Shazia Tabassum, regarding holding of 4th National Lok Adalat on 13th December 2025, in this regard District Legal Services Authority Srinagar under the supervision of Chairman DLSA/ Pr. District and Sessions Judge Srinagar, Haq Nawaz Zargar , shall be organising 4th National Lok Adalat of the year 2025 at District Court Complex Srinagar on 13th December 2025 (Saturday).
The National Lok Adalat will take up a wide range of pre-litigation and post-litigation cases, including Bank Recovery matters, Labour disputes cases, Public Utility Services (excluding non-Compoundable), other (Criminal Compoundable, Matrimonial, other civil disputes etc), Pending in Courts, Criminal Compoundable offence, NI Act cases under Section 138, Bank Recovery matters, MACT cases, Labour disputes cases, Public Utility Services (excluding non-Compoundable), Matrimonial cases (Except Divorce matters), Land Acquisition cases, other civil cases (rent, easementary rights, injunction suits, specific performance suits) etc.
All interested parties, litigants, and advocates wishing to settle their cases, disputes, or claims through this National Lok Adalat are advised to approach the District Legal Services Authority Srinagar or the concerned courts by or before 02-12-2025, so that their matters can be listed and amicably resolved during the Lok Adalat.
