Delhi Blast Culprits Will Face Strictest Punishment: HM Amit Shah

New Delhi: union Home Minister Amit Shah on Thursday said that all those found responsible for the Delhi car blast terror incident will be given the strictest punishment possible, which will send a message to the world that no terrorist should even dare to think of committing such an act in India.
According to Shah, the entire world has recognized the country’s fight against terrorism, under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi over the past 11 years, and India is at the forefront of leading this fight globally, the HM added.
He stated that all those who committed this cowardly act and those behind it will be brought before the law and given the strictest possible punishment, while the government of India, and the Ministry of Home Affairs are fully committed to ensuring this.
The Home Minister also expressed deep condolences to the families of those who lost their lives in the November 10 car explosion in Delhi, near the Red Fort.
Shah, also the Minister of Cooperation, through video conferencing on Thursday, inaugurated the Motibhai R. Chaudhary Sagar Sainik School and the Sagar Organic Plant in Gujarat.
In his address, the HM said that the school will become a symbol of pride and make way for children from several districts of the state to be part of the country’s armed forces.
Shah has also said that the Sagar Organic Plant will prove to be important, and ensure that reliable organic products under the Amul brand reach across the country and the world, and that all farmers engaged in organic farming receive fair profits.
This plant, with a daily capacity of about 30 metric tons, is certified under the National Programme for Organic Production (NPOP) and by the Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority (APEDA).
He said that because of APEDA certification, farmers engaged in natural farming in North Gujarat will greatly benefit, as their produce can now reach global markets.
According to Shah, the expansion of this organic plant will not only improve the health of citizens across the country, but also increase the income of farmers involved in organic farming.
