Budgam : In connection with Counting of Votes scheduled on November 14th 2025 for bye-Election to 27-Assembly Constituency budgam ,the second Randomisation of Counting Staff was successfully conducted as per the guidelines of Election Commission of India (ECI) at Conference hall of the DC Office Complex, here.
The Randomization of Counting Staff was held under the supervision of District Election Officer(DEO) Budgam Dr. Bilal Mohi-Ud-Din Bhat, in presence of Counting Observer, Bhor Singh Yadav designated by ECI for 27-Assembly Constituency Budgam.
During the Randomization, Counting Hall was allocated to the Counting Staff deployed at Boys higher secondary school Budgam for Counting of votes for 27-Assembly segment of Budgam District.
On the occasion, the designated Officials were classified into teams, each comprising Counting Supervisors, Counting Assistants, and Counting Micro Observers assigned to their respective Counting Halls.
The Randomization of Counting Staff was facilitated by dedicated software to ensure transparent, free and fair elections devoid of human interference.
The Randomization process was also video recorded as per the laid guidelines of the ECI.
Returning officer of 27-AC budgam Afroza Bano; Deputy DEO Budgam Hilal Ahmad; Nodal Officer ETPBS, Nodal officer EMMC and other Officers of District Election Authority were also present on the occasion.
