While reviewing the implementation of the Public Services Guarantee Act (PSGA) in delivery of services, the Deputy Commissioner directed the Tehsildars to ensure time-bound disposal of applications through the JK Revenue Portal and Service Plus Portal. She stressed that every service must be delivered within the prescribed timelines to enhance public satisfaction and avoid penalties for delays.
