Srinagar : A pipping ceremony was held at District Police Headquarters (DPHQ) Baramulla to honour the Deputy Superintendents of Police DySPs (P) who have successfully completed their probationary period.
The ceremony was presided over by SSP Baramulla, who formally pinned the ranks to the newly confirmed officers in presence of other senior police officers. While congratulating the officers, SSP Baramulla commended their dedication, sincerity, and professionalism during the probation period. He urged them to continue serving the public with commitment, discipline, and integrity, upholding the rich traditions of Jammu and Kashmir Police. He further emphasized that the new ranks bring greater responsibility towards maintaining law and order and ensuring public trust in policing.
