DLIC meet on Mission YUVA held at G’bal, 53 fresh cases approved

Ganderbal | Oct, 17: Deputy Commissioner (DC) Ganderbal, Jatin Kishore Friday chaired a meeting of district level implementation committee (DLIC) here to examine and approve cases received under the Mission YUVA (Yuva Udyamita Vikas Abhiyan) scheme for financial assistance and entrepreneurial support to beneficiaries in the district.
At the outset, DC emphasized the importance of mission YUVA in promoting entrepreneurship, skill development, and self-employment among youth.
The meeting discussed and scrutinized the applications regarding units received under the scheme from SBDU, and unanimously approved 53 cases under the Mission YUVA scheme.
The DC directed all the line departments to ensure timely support and facilitation of the beneficiaries approved under the scheme.
Among others, the meeting was attended by the Additional District Development Commissioner, Assistant Director Employment, Lead District Manager, District Nodal Officer JKEDI, besides other officers and officials from concerned departments.
