Srinagar | Oct, 6:Police on Monday said that it has recovered contraband substances from the residential house of Ab Rasheed Koka S/o Ab Gani Koka R/o MelhuraZainapora, falling under the jurisdiction of Police Station Zainaporain Shopian.
In a statement issued here on Monday police said that while acting on specific inputs Police Station Zainapora registered a case under FIR No. 80/2025 of NDPS Act and obtained a search warrant from the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st Class Shopian. Stating that a team from Police Station Zainapora accompanied by the Executive Magistrate 1st Class, raided the house of Ab Rasheed Koka and during search recovered 20.890 Kgs of charas powder like from the possession of the said accused who was arrested Police in its statement further said that investigation of the case is going on, appealing therein people to actively support its anti-narcotics campaign.
