Ramban| : Director Health Services Jammu Dr. Abdul Hamid Zargar visited Community Health Centre BatoteFriday to review healthcare facilities and assess the quality of services being provided to the public.
During the visit, the DHSJ inspected different sections of the CHC including OPD, IPD, Emergency Ward, Labour Room, Operation Theatre and diagnostic facilities. He interacted with doctors, paramedical staff, patients and emphasized the importance of providing compassionate, patient-friendly healthcare services.
The DHSJ took stock of the availability of medicines, laboratory services, and essential equipment, while also reviewing implementation of key government health programmes. He stressed on maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the hospital premises and instructed staff to ensure timely medical attention to all patients.
He appreciated the efforts of the medical and paramedical staff at CHC Batote and assured full support from the Directorate to further strengthen healthcare delivery in the region. He also urged the staff to work with dedication for the benefit of the people, especially those from rural and far-flung areas.
The visit reflects the Directorate’s commitment towards improving healthcare infrastructure and ensuring accessible, affordable and quality health services for all.
