Jammu | : The Viksit Bharat Yuva Seva Pakhwada – Connect Edition was on Monday celebrated at Govt. MAM College, Cluster University of Jammu, emphasizing youth engagement, social responsibility, and nation-building.
The event fostered a sense of community among students, faculty, and NSS volunteers, showcasing teamwork and service. The program commenced with the traditional lighting of the lamp and a warm welcome. Notable attendees included Ms. Ankur Mahajan, Registrar CLUJ, as the Chief Guest, and Prof. D. S. Manhas, Dean Student Welfare, as the Guest of Honour, alongside Prof. Archana Kaul, Principal of Govt. MAM College Jammu. Sehaj Sabharwal served as the resource person, motivating students by illustrating how ordinary individuals can achieve remarkable outcomes through dedication and perseverance. His interactive session with NSS volunteers left a significant impact on the youth. Prof. Amitpal Kour, NSS Coordinator at CLUJ, delivered the welcome address, urging participants to engage in social initiatives and contribute positively to society. The event also saw active involvement from NSS Programme Officers from various constituent colleges, reinforcing the principles of teamwork, service, and responsible citizenship among the enthusiastic NSS volunteers.
