Srinagar|: J&K Bank organized a Customer Meet in Noida as part of its strategy to expand operations across India and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
The meeting was chaired by MD & CEO Amitava Chatterjee and attended by senior bank officials, fostering enthusiastic participation from clients who appreciated the Bank’s commitment to enhancing services based on customer feedback. Chatterjee emphasized the importance of direct engagement with clients, stating the Bank’s goal is for at least 50 percent of its business to come from markets outside its home territory. He identified Noida and other business hubs as critical growth centers for achieving this vision. The MD & CEO highlighted that such customer meets facilitate valuable interactions that help improve processes and strengthen the Bank’s brand in competitive markets. Khursheed Muzaffar, the Divisional Head for the Rest of India, reiterated the Bank’s focus on expanding its presence while maintaining trust and personalized service. Participants expressed their appreciation for the Bank’s efforts to connect with customers and acknowledged the leadership’s openness to feedback, which reflects a commitment to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
