Power Shutdown by in Central & North Kashmir parts

Srinagar: According to the Chief Engineer, JKPTCL Kashmir, in order to carry out leftover works for the augmentation of 132/ 33 KV Grid Station Pattan and Grid Station Magam, shutdown of 33KV Pattan Feeder, 33 KV Markundal Feeder, 33 KV HMT Feeder, 33 KV Gulmarg Feeder shall be observed due to which 33/11KV Receiving Stations at Pattan, Hamray, Palhalan, Nihalpora, Mirgund, Singhpora, Tangmarg, Gulmarg, Kulhama, Mulgam, Cable Car, Aglar, Markundal, Naidkhai, Shahgund, Shadipora and Goshbugh shall remain off while power supply to Pattan Town, Buran, Railway, Nihalpora, Hanjivera, Zanga, Hamray, Lolipora, Wanigam, Tapper, Tantraypora, Palhalan Market, Army, Aglar, Singhpora, Divar, SSM College, SKUAST, Duslipora, Kalseri, Mirgund, Rambilgrah, Hariwatnoo, Rerum, Tangmarg, Shajimarg, Chandilora, Ferozpora, Alambal, Baba Reshi, Rangiwali, Kulhama, Kralweth, Mulgam, Crusher, Gulmarg, Shadipora, Markundal, Sumbal (Partially), Asham, Odina, Shilvat, Sultanpora, Shahgund, Panzinara, Naidkhah and adjoining areas will remain affected from 08:00 AM to 03:00 PM on 16 September, 2025.
Also in this connection, shutdown of 33KV Magam Feeder, 33 KV Kongamdara Feeder, 33 KV Beerwah Feeder (on rotation basis) shall be observed due to which 33/11KV Receiving Stations at Magam, Mazhama, Kongamdara, Ahmedpora, Dhobiwan,Kunzer, Khag, Beerwah, Arizal, Aripanthan shall remain off while power supply to Mazhama, Old Sanoor, Aripanthan, Magam, Weriahama, Budren, Agrikalan, Khior, Batpora, Kunzar, Goigmam, Ahmedpora, Kongamdara, Dhobiwan, Beerwah, Arizal, Zanigam, Raiyar, Hardpanzoo, Sonpah, Najan, Khag, Gandipora and adjoining areas will remain affected from 08:00 AM to 03:00 PM on 13 September, 2025.
Moreover as per a separate shutdown schedule issued by the office of Chief Engineer JKPTCL Kashmir, in order to carry out emergency restoration of damaged portion of tower no. 95 A (D+6) and replacement for erection of HT Grade GI Tower of said Tr. Line, shutdown of Nowpora, Arampora, Sopore, Watergam, Bandipora & SIDCO, Kupwara Hotline, Kupwara Old, MES, Handwara Hotline & Handwara Old, Dollipora, Kralpora, Hyhama, Pattan, Gulmarg, HMT and Markundal, all 33KV lines shall be observed due to which 33/11KV Receiving Stations at Panzipora, Sher Colony, Sopore-I& II, Arampora, Sidiq Colony, Pattan, Nihalpora, Mulgam, Chogal, Dolipora, Vilgam, Tarathpora, Gulmarg and Tangmarg shall remain off while power supply to Nowpora, Arampora, Sopore, Watergam, Bandipora & SIDCO, Kupwara Hotline, Kupwara Old, MES, Handwara Hotline & Handwara Old, Dollipora, Kralpora, Hyhama, Pattan, Gulmarg, HMT, Markundal and adjoining areas will remain affected from 05:00 PM on 11 September till to 05:00 PM 13 September, 2025 (Round the clock on continuous basis).
Meanwhile, all these 18 No. 33 KV affected feeders emanating from GSS Amargarh, Vilgam Arampora and Pattan will be affected and the load among all these feeders will be curtailed on rotational basis.

Power Shutdown in Handwara parts
According to the Chief Engineer, Distribution, KPDCL, in order to carry out the twining of conductor from 100 Sq mm to 2×100 Sqm over 33 KV Handwara Old line, shutdown of 33KV Handwara Old line shall be observed due to which 33/11KV Receiving Stations at Zachaldara, Adoora, Changimull shall remain off while power supply to Zachaldara, Adoora, Changimulla and adjoining areas will be affected from 08:00 AM to 01:00 PM on 16 & 20 September, 2025.
