Srinagar : Police in Handwara on Thursday seized a vehicle involved in a hit-and-run case that took place on 03/09/2025 at Yaroo, in which a minor child was injured after being hit by an unknown vehicle.
In a statement issued here on Thursday Police said that a case under FIR No. 203/2025 under relevant sections of law was registered at Police Station Handwara besides initiating investigations Police in its statement firther said that during the investigation, it worked meticulously on the available leads and, through sustained efforts and use of technical evidence, managed to identify and trace the vehicle involved in the accident, adding therein that the said vehicle bearing registration number JK05J-2760 has been seized besides which further investigation in the case is underway.
