Rajouri : The three-day District Process Lab Training Programme organised under the Aadi Karmayogi Abhiyan by District Administration Rajouri concluded Wednesday at Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University.
The valedictory function was graced by the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Jawaid Iqbal who attended as the Chief Guest.
In his address, the Vice Chancellor commended the initiative for strengthening governance and development interventions in tribal areas through capacity building of field staff. He lauded the efforts of district administration, faculty and participants in creating a collaborative platform to accelerate inclusive growth and ensure last-mile delivery of welfare schemes.
The Vice Chancellor underlined the importance of training and skill development programmes in empowering Aadi Karmayogis, Aadi Sahyoogis and Aadi Saathis, enabling them to work as effective change agents in tribal societies. He encouraged the participants to take forward the learnings from the Process Lab to create sustainable models of grassroots development.
The programme concluded with a vote of thanks, marking the successful completion of three days of interactive sessions, skill development workshops and the formulation of participatory strategies under the Dharti Aabha Plan for tribal empowerment.
On the occasion, the trainees were also felicitated for their active participation and commitment during the sessions, acknowledging their role in strengthening tribal development efforts.
Among the others, PO ICDS, Harpal Singh; ACD, Auqil Nuvaid; ACP, Sheraz Chowhan; DFO Nowshera, Shweta Deonia; DFO Rajouri; CMO, Dr Manohar Rana; DSWO, Abdul Raheem; CEO Education, Iqbal Hussain besides other officers and officials were present on the occasion.
