Srinagar : Police on Tuesday said that it has recovered contraband substances from the residential house of one Bilal Ahmad Sheikh S/o Mohd Shaban Sheikh R/o Urpora Nagbal, falling under the jurisdiction of Police Station Zainapora.
In a statement issued here on Tuesday Police said that while acting on specific inputs a police party from Police Station Zainapora accompanied by Executive Magistrate 1st Class, raided the location and during search recovered 3.842 Kgs of charas.
Stating that a case vide FIR No. 62/2025 has been registered at Police Station Zainapora under relevant sections of law Police in the concluding para of its above quoted statement appealed people to cooperate with it in curbing the menace of drugs from society.
