Srinagar| July,18: All vehicular movement has been halted along the Jammu–Srinagar Highway (NH44) due to the risk of shooting stones at multiple locations, Officials said on Monday.
Confirming that the highway is closed as a precautionary measure to ensure safety officials said that situation is exacerbated by ongoing heavy rainfall affecting the entire highway. Authorities are advising commuters to refrain from traveling until weather conditions improve and the road is cleared.
