At the outset, DC set clear field-level targets and reinforced a monitoring mechanism to boost performance under Mission YUVA. He said that each Yuvadoot must ensure submission of at least one application per day.

ACR and SDMs were directed to monitor the performance of Yuvadoots within their jurisdictions and submit weekly progress reports to the DC office. DC further directed Business Help Desks at the Sub-Divisional Level to upload DPRs after proper verification to ensure timely registration and processing.

He called for weekly review meetings of Yuvadoots which need to be held to address challenges and track on-going progress.

Dr Bilal said that Mission YUVA isn’t just a scheme, but a catalyst for grassroots transformation. He said by empowering youth with opportunities, guidance, and institutional support, the mission aims to build a self-reliant and economically strong Budgam.

He emphasised that with effective interdepartmental coordination, the full potential of young entrepreneurs can be unlocked, bringing meaningful change to every household He stressed the need for collective, coordinated efforts from all stakeholders to realise the vision of youth empowerment through self-employment and entrepreneurship across district Budgam.
