BJP holds meeting of new office bearers in Jammu

Jammu |: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Jammu & Kashmir held a meeting for its newly appointed office bearers, which included Morcha Presidents and District Presidents, at the party headquarters situated in Trikuta Nagar, Jammu.

The meeting was chaired by Tarun Chugh, the BJP National General Secretary and Prabhari for J&K BJP, and was attended by Sat Sharma, President of J&K BJP, Sunil Sharma, Leader of Opposition in the J&K Assembly, and Ashok Koul, General Secretary of J&K BJP. During the meeting, Tarun Chugh extended heartfelt congratulations to the new office bearers, describing their appointments as timely and highly significant. “Each of you is a vital pillar in Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of Atmanirbhar Bharat and Viksit Bharat. Your leadership at the grassroots level will shape the future of the organization,” he stated. He stressed that being a member of the world’s largest political party is not only a matter of pride but also a responsibility that demands unwavering commitment. “Jammu & Kashmir is not merely another region; it is the strategic heart of India. The BJP’s growth here is both a political necessity and a national priority,” Chugh remarked, urging all leaders to act with discipline, dedication, and a strong connection to the community. In his presidential address, Sat Sharma congratulated the newly appointed leaders and emphasized that the BJP is a party rooted in discipline and ideology. “We have established a focused and dynamic team that reflects the party’s core values. Every member must embrace a nation-first mindset,” he asserted. Sharma called for extensive Pravas (grassroots tours) by all district and Morcha presidents, considering it the “key to organizational success.” Ashok Koul provided an overview of the organizational structure and the responsibilities of the new team. He urged the complete mobilization of party cadres for upcoming national programs, particularly the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign, which he described as a celebration.
