The Plot No. 359, measuring 45’x65’, Jawahar Nagar, Srinagar, J&K had been allotted in favour of  Mrs Mehmooda Begum and subsequently transferred vide letter no. HB-Secy 2783-88 dt. 02-07-2025 in favour of Shahid Rasool Qadri, Sajad Rasool Qadri and Syed Sadat Rasool Qadri with regularization of excess land measuring 325 Sqft. We, Shahid Rasool Qadri, Sajad Rasool Qadri and Syed Sadat Rasool Qadri R/o 359, Jawahar Nagar, Srinagar, J&K have applied for NOC for Sale Deed of the above said plot in favour of Dilshada Akbar W/o Mohammad Akbar Khuroo R/o 170, Budshah Colony, Sanat Nagar, J&K. The ownership rights of the above said plot is under the process of transfer. Any person having any objections to this transfer shall furnish the same in writing to the office of Managing Director, J&K Housing Board, Green Belt park Gandhi Nagar, Jammu within a period of 15 days from the date of publication of this notice. However, no objection will be entertained after the expiry of the above said.
