Paras Health Srinagar now offers cashless OPD, IPD services for CAPF Paramilitary Forces

Srinagar : Paras Health Srinagar has achieved a significant milestone by becoming officially empanelled with the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF), enhancing healthcare access for paramilitary personnel and their families. This empanelment allows the hospital to offer cashless outpatient and inpatient services to beneficiaries from various forces, including the BSF, CRPF, ITBP, CISF, and SSB.
The launch event was attended by key dignitaries, including the DIG (Medical) and DIG (ADM) of CRPF, along with senior medical representatives, highlighting a collective commitment to improving the health and well-being of security personnel. Dr. Murtuza Habib, Facility Director at Paras Health Srinagar, emphasized the importance of providing accessible healthcare to those serving in challenging conditions, ensuring they receive the support and care they deserve. Under this initiative, CAPF beneficiaries and their dependents can access a wide range of medical services, including multi-specialty consultations, advanced diagnostics, and surgical treatments, all within a cashless framework. To facilitate a smooth patient experience, the hospital has optimized the registration and billing processes, supported by dedicated Patient Relationship Officers who assist families throughout their journey. Additionally, Paras Health Srinagar offers 24/7 emergency services with priority access for CAPF personnel.
