Sub-Treasury Kapran conducts training prog on SNA-SPARSH for DDOs

Shopian: Sub Treasury office Kapran Friday held an orientation session on the Single Nodal Account Samyochit Pronali Aakakrit Shigr Hastantaran (SNA-SPARSH) for DDOs operating Centrally Sponsored Schemes.
The session aimed to educate the DDOs on the efficient management of funds, and was attended by Drawing and Disbursing Officers (DDOs) and Dealing Assistants associated with the treasury.
The session was led by the Treasury Officer, who highlighted the role of SNA-SPARSH in strengthening financial governance and gave a demonstration on bill generation on JKPaySys from DDO maker to checker login.
Detailed instructions were given to the participants as to how the bills/ claims can be uploaded on this portal from their end and then submitted to the treasury for payment. Moreover they were briefed about the fetching of budget for the respective schemes and the procedure for making the bills keeping in view both the UT as well as the centre share by NIC expert.
This reform is part of a broader financial transformation under the Finance department integrating systems like BEAMS, JKPaySys, TreasuryNet and e-Kuber, aimed at ensuring timely, transparent, and efficient release of funds to beneficiaries.
