CEO KDA visits Achabal, Chattapal; emphasizes cleanlinesse

Anantnag : Chief Executive Officer, Kokernag Development Authority (KDA), M Rouf Rahman paid a surprise visit to Achabal Thursday.
He urged the officials to ensure proper sanitation and maintenance in the Achabal Garden and adjoining market areas to enhance the overall experience for tourists, pilgrims, and local residents.
CEO highlighted the scenic importance of Achabal in the Kokernag tourism circuit, and emphasized that a clean and well-managed environment plays a key role in attracting more footfall, boosting local livelihoods and promoting sustainable tourism.
Later, CEO visited Chhattapal to inspect KDA huts and interacted with KDA employees of the Achabal–Chhattapal sector. The visit was aimed to review readiness for tourist accommodation and encourage staff to maintain high standards of hospitality and upkeep.
