Jammu: Senior BJP leader and Rajya Sabha Member of Parliament Er. Gulam Ali Khatana on Friday received a grand and enthusiastic welcome on Friday upon his arrival at Jammu Airport, following his participation in a high-level diplomatic mission to brief foreign governments on Operation Sindoor—India’s resolute and strategic counter-terrorism response to the recent Pahalgam terrorist attack, orchestrated by Pakistan-sponsored militants. Er. Khatana was part of a prominent Indian parliamentary delegation led by Senior BJP leader and former Union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad, which visited major countries including the United Kingdom, Denmark, France, Germany, and Italy. The delegation engaged with foreign governments, think tanks, and members of the Indian diaspora, presenting India’s firm stand against terrorism and showcasing the nation’s unwavering commitment to safeguarding its sovereignty.
The delegation presented conclusive evidence of Pakistan’s direct involvement in nurturing and exporting terrorism across borders, specifically targeting Indian civilians and infrastructure. They called upon the international community to recognize the threat posed by such state-sponsored terrorism and to stand in solidarity with India in the global war against terror.
Er. Gulam Ali Khatana played a crucial role in conveying India’s message, focusing on national security, human rights, and regional peace. His articulate and compelling presentations were lauded by various international stakeholders for their clarity, depth, and firm resolve.
Following the successful international outreach, MP Khatana returned to New Delhi and held a detailed briefing with Prime Minister Narendra Modi, sharing insights from the delegation’s interactions abroad and the encouraging support received from global partners.
Talking to reporters at Jammu Airport, Er. Khatana said “The international community stands with India in its fight against terrorism. Our message was clear—India will not tolerate cross-border terrorism, and the world must hold Pakistan accountable for its continued support to terror networks. Any act of terrorism by Pakistan against India will be considered an act of war and will be responded to adequately and appropriately.” The arrival of MP Khatana was marked by a grand reception organized by enthusiastic BJP workers, local leaders, and supporters who gathered in large numbers to express their admiration and appreciation for his efforts on the global stage. The event not only marked a proud moment for the region but also reflected the growing support for India’s firm foreign policy and counter-terrorism stance under the leadership of PM Modi.
“India now a technology, innovation power with the highest growth rate globally, Credit goes to vision of PM Modi”, Says Darakhshan
