Baramulla: Deputy Commissioner (DC) Baramulla, Minga Sherpa, Friday felicitated Aman Khan, a student of Class 6th, for securing the 3rd rank in the 25th Sub-Junior National Wushu Championship held in Tamil Nadu.
In a brief interaction held at his office chamber, DC lauded Aman’s outstanding performance at the national level and expressed pride over his achievement, terming it a matter of great inspiration for the youth of the district.
He also encouraged him to continue his dedication and discipline in sports to bring more laurels in the future.
Minga Sherpa assured all possible support to young athletes from the district to promote a culture of sports and fitness.
