DC felicitates CBSE toppers of Reasi Distt

Reasi: In a gesture celebrating academic excellence, Deputy Commissioner Reasi, Nidhi Malik on Saturday felicitated the CBSE Class 10 and 12 toppers of the district at a special event organized by the District Administration here in the DC Office Conference Hall.
Addressing the gathering, Deputy Commissioner Nidhi Malik congratulated the students on their outstanding performance and lauded their hard work and dedication. She emphasized the pivotal role of parents and teachers in shaping the academic journey of students, stating that “scoring well in board examinations marks the beginning of building self confidence and opens doors to future success.”
Trophies were awarded to all the meritorious students as a token of appreciation and encouragement.
Among the Class 12 toppers were Gouri Jamwal (Humanities stream), Bumi Mahajan (Commerce stream) and Vastal Abrol (Science stream). Similarly, Class 10 topper Shiv Sharma from Kendriya Vidyalaya was recognized for his exceptional results among the CBSE schools in the district.
The Deputy Commissioner engaged in an interactive session with the toppers, encouraging them to pursue their goals with determination and self-belief. “With focus and perseverance you can achieve all your goals and aspirations” she advised them.
The DC Reasi also took the opportunity to interact with parents and teachers, listening to their insights and appreciating their support in the students’ success stories. She acknowledged their contribution in creating a nurturing environment that fosters learning and growth.
The event was graced by senior officials including ADC Rakesh Kumar, CPO Narinder Kumar, CEO Deepak Gupta and DIO Ujwal Sambyal, who also shared motivational messages and personal experiences to uplift the students.
The initiative was well received by attendees, parents, teachers and students expressing heartfelt gratitude to the District Administration for organizing an event that not only celebrates academic excellence but also inspires others to pursue educational success.
