Various speakers also addressed the gathering, including the Joint Director Education North Kashmir, Chief Education Officer Baramulla, and Chief Accounts Officer, Directorate of School Education Kashmir. They shared insights on administrative protocols, financial procedures, and effective school governance, offering practical guidance to help the officers perform their roles efficiently.
