Poonch : Deputy Commissioner Vikas Kundal on Monday visited the District Hospital Poonch, where he commended the efforts of doctors, paramedics, and the entire hospital staff for their proactive and dedicated service amid the challenging times. He was accompanied by Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) and Assistant Commissioner Revenue (ACR).
The Deputy Commissioner interacted with medical officers, nurses, technicians, and ambulance drivers, acknowledging their tireless work and commitment towards patient care. He lauded the hospital staff for maintaining standards of responsiveness and professionalism, especially under pressure. During the visit, the hospital staff assured the Deputy Commissioner that they are fully prepared and committed to working tirelessly to meet any emergency situation. He assured the administration’s continued support in strengthening healthcare services in the district.
Later, Vikas Kundal visited Muhallah Dungus, where he met with the grieving family of a 10 year old boy who lost his life due to cross border shelling.
Expressing deep condolences, the Deputy Commissioner assured the family of every possible support from the district administration.
