Kupwara : Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC), Handwara, Javed Naseem Masoodi on Monday paid a surprise visit to NTPHC Chogal in sub division Handwara to take stock of the functioning of healthcare services provided to the people.
During the visit, ADC inspected various sections of the NTPHC including OPD, IPD, Pharmacy, Emergency, Gynea, X-Ray and other wards to get first hand insights of patient care and checked the duty roster of the doctors and staff.
Masoodi interacted with the patients and enquired about the healthcare and treatment facilities being provided at the NTPHC.
He also interacted with the doctors and medical staff and directed them to work with added dedication and ensure that all the patients are provided better healthcare facilities. ADC was accompanied by BMO Handwara and others concerned.
