Poonch: Deputy Commissioner Poonch Vikas Kundal, along with Additional Deputy Commissioner Tahir Mustafa Malik, on Wednesday visited District Hospital here to meet and inquire about the well being of civilians injured in the cross border shelling. The officers interacted with the injured individuals, offering words of assurance and support in this difficult time.
Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Parvaiz Khan, briefed the Deputy Commissioner about the current medical arrangements, including availability of essential medicines, presence of medical staff, and the readiness of ambulance services. He informed that doctors are attending to patients round the clock extending all necessary care to them.
The Deputy Commissioner instructed hospital authorities to ensure the injured receive the best possible treatment without delay. He also appreciated the dedication of the medical teams working under challenging circumstances.
The visit reflects the administration’s ongoing commitment to the welfare of affected citizens and its prompt response in ensuring quality healthcare and support.
