Srinagar: The Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir on Friday designated Shaleen Kabra, IAS, Financial Commissioner, as the official spokesperson for the Union Territory.
According to an official order issued by the Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, “It is hereby ordered that Shaleen Kabra, IAS, Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary), Jal Shakti Department, shall be the official spokesperson for the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir.” Kabra currently serves as the Additional Chief Secretary in the Jal Shakti Department and is among the senior-most IAS officers in the Union Territory.
