The meeting witnessed the participation of senior officers from the Police, Army, Intelligence Agencies, Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs), and other key departments. Those present included IGs and DIGs from the BSF, CRPF, SSB, RPF, ITBP, and Traffic Police, as well as senior officials from the CID, SDRF, and telecommunication units. District SSPs from across the Kashmir zone also joined the deliberations virtually.
The session began with a detailed briefing to IGP Kashmir on the current security landscape in the Valley. The discussions centred around intelligence inputs, potential threats, response mechanisms, and the need for enhanced coordination among all stakeholders.
