Srinagar : Transport Commissioner, Vishesh Paul Mahajan, on Monday interacted with various delegations of transporters to listen to their grievances and demands.
During his visit to Transport Bhawan, Srinagar, Vishesh Paul Mahajan, reviewed the newly constructed building of Transport Commissioner’s Office. He instructed the Executive Engineer of Roads and Buildings Department to complete the remaining construction work within next 20 days.
He also reviewed the delivery of online services and directed the concerned officials to ensure 100% adherence to Public Services Guarantee Act (PSGA) timelines. This initiative aims to minimise public footfall in government offices by promoting efficient online service delivery.
Additionally, the Commissioner inspected the functioning of the Regional Transport Office (RTO), Srinagar. He emphasised the need to streamline operations and improve the quality of services being provided to the public.
