Rajouri : A one-day training programme on House-to-House Survey under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana – Urban (PMAY-U) 2.0 was successfully conducted on Saturday here in the Conference Hall of the Deputy Commissioner’s Office.
The programme was held under the overall supervision of Additional District Development Commissioner and Nodal Officer for PMAY-U Dr. Raj Kumar Thapa.
Organized by District Statistics & Evaluation Officer Sandeep Kumar Sharma, the training witnessed participation from supervisors and field investigators of the three Municipal Committees of District Rajouri — Sunderbani, Kalakote and Nowshera.
Master trainers from the Statistical Cadre led the sessions, providing participants with a detailed orientation on the objectives, methodology, and operational framework of PMAY-U 2.0. The training featured live demonstrations and hands-on practice on the use of the dedicated mobile application, which is integral to the successful and accurate execution of the house-to-house survey.
The training programme marks a crucial step in ensuring the effective rollout of PMAY-U 2.0 across the urban areas of Rajouri district.
