2nd National Lok Adalat scheduled to be held on May-10 at B’gam

Budgam: District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) Budgam is scheduled to conduct ‘2nd National Lok Adalat’ on 10 May, 2025 for pending/pre-litigation cases at District Court complex Budgam, and all Tehsil courts of district Budgam for expected amicable settlement of cases pending in the courts at various levels.
It is as such notified for information of all concerned Ld. Advocates as well as persons/parties who desire to get their cases to be settled through the said Lok-Adalat that they may approach concerned courts, for referring their aforementioned nature of cases to the said National Lok-Adalat for their amicable settlement by or before 01 May, 2025.
Pre-litigation and Post-litigation cases in courts may be taken up for their mutual settlement in the said National Lok Adalat.
Besides parties/persons, whose cases/matters are not pending in any court but are desirous to settle their disputes at Pre-litigation stage can also approach the office of the Secretary, DLSA Budgam personally or through email id. [email protected] by or before 01 May, 2025, for amicable settlement of the said National Lok Adalat.
