Srinagar : In a stern directive aimed at ensuring seamless communication within the administrative machinery, the Sub District Magistrate (SDM) Gulmarg on Wednesday ordered officers to keep their mobile phones switched on during office hours without exception.
A circular has been issued in this regard, which warns Government officials that non-compliance will invite disciplinary action in accordance with existing rules.
The Sub Divisional Magistrate states that keeping phones active during working hours is crucial for effective coordination and timely response in official matters.
“All concerned are directed to adhere to these instructions strictly,” the circular reads
