Srinagar|April,8: Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Tuesday said three more separatists organizations—Jammu Kashmir Islamic Political Party, Jammu and Kashmir Muslim Democratic League, and Kashmir Freedom Front—have announced their disassociation from the Hurriyat Conference.
Shah, who arrived in the Kashmir Valley on Monday evening, announced this on a social media post and said Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of a united and powerful Bharat received a further boost with this move. “Three more organizations, namely Jammu Kashmir Islamic Political Party, Jammu and Kashmir Muslim Democratic League, and Kashmir Freedom Front, disassociate themselves from the Hurriyat,” Shah said on X. He said the move is a prominent demonstration of the people’s trust in the Constitution of India within the valley. “Modi Ji’s vision for a united and powerful Bharat stands even more bolstered today, as so far 11 such organizations have shunned separatism, proclaiming unwavering support for it,” he added.
