2-Day Grand Special Ramadan Program Concludes at Int’l Islamic School, Srinagar

Srinagar: The International Islamic School, Srinagar, successfully concluded its two-day Grand Special Ramadan Program, highlighting the talents and spiritual engagement of students. The event was meticulously organized by Miss Faika Jan under the overall supervision of Miss Urfee Bala, Supervisor of the Girls Block.
The program featured a diverse range of activities, including Tilawat, speeches in Urdu and English, quiz and group performances. Hundreds of students participated, showcasing their deep understanding of Islamic teachings. The event was hosted by Zaynab and Mibsama of Class 10th B, ensuring its smooth execution.
The Head of the Islamic Studies Department, Irfan Khan, played a key role in shaping the program’s content. The event was judged by respected scholars Molvi Hanif Pandit and Molvi Mohammad Amin Mir. Other important attendees included Mr. Imran and Shahid Bin Rashid from the Islamic Studies Department. IIS Chairman, Dr. Tariq Ahmad Bhat, praised the success of the program, saying, “Our goal is to help students develop a strong understanding of Islamic values. This event has clearly shown their knowledge, faith, and confidence.” He also appreciated the teachers for their hard work and support in guiding the students. “Our teachers have played an important role in helping the students learn, and their efforts can be seen in today’s performances,” he added. Principal Umer Malik commended the participants, saying, “The dedication of our students towards Islamic teachings is remarkable. Such programs are essential in nurturing their moral and ethical growth.” Urfee Bala, Supervisor of the Girls Block, emphasized the importance of such initiatives, adding, “We are committed to creating an environment where students can express their faith and understanding freely. This program has been a testament to their spiritual and intellectual progress.” Event organizer Faika Jan expressed her gratitude, stating, “It was an honor to organize this special Ramadan program. The enthusiasm and dedication of our students were truly inspiring. Their performances reflected a deep understanding of Islamic teachings, making this event a memorable success.” The Ramadan Program at the International Islamic School, Srinagar, was not just a competition but a platform for students to reflect on their faith and Islamic teachings. It successfully reinforced the significance of Ramadan, leaving a lasting impact on participants and attendees alike.
