Srinagar: Police in Budgam in collaboration with the District Directorate of Prosecution Budgam, conducted a Mock Trial of previously decided NDPS cases. This initiative aimed to identify and address challenges affecting the prosecution of NDPS cases in courts.
The exercise was held under the supervision of the Senior Superintendent of Police Budgam Nikhil Borkar, with the participation of the Deputy Director of Prosecution Budgam and Senior Prosecuting Officer of DPO Budgam. The session focused on analysing legal and procedural aspects to improve case presentation and ensure stronger prosecution outcomes.
