Power Shutdown In Kashmir Parts

Srinagar: According to the Chief Engineer, Distribution, KPDCL, in order to carry out laying of conductor on 11 mtr long poles of 33 KV Nagam-Hafroo line, the shutdown of 33KV Nagam Hafroo Tap line shall be observed due to which 33/11KV Receiving Station at Hafroo shall remain off while power supply to Barwah, Hafroo, Lolipora, Watkul, Darwan, Shopora, Buzgoo, Brinjin and adjoining areas will be affected from 09:30 AM to 05:30 PM on 26 March, 2025.
Similarly, to carry out thickening/ augmentation of conductor from 0.05 ACSR to 0.1 ACSR including stabilization of the said tap line, the shutdown of 33KV Halmulla Khiram line shall be observed due to which 33/11KV Receiving Station at Khiram shall remain off while power supply to the Mehand, Sirhama, Khiram, Shalgul, Nowshera and adjoining areas will be affected from 09:00 AM to 02:30 PM on 26 & 29 March, 2025.
Further, to carry out thickening/ augmentation of conductor of 33 KV Wanpoh SICOP line from from 0.1 ACSR to 0.2 ACSR, the shutdown of 33KV Wanpoh SICOP line shall be observed due to which 33/11KV Receiving Stations at Shamsipora, SICOP, Zirpara, Veeri, Cheniwader and Shuhul Flour Mill shall remain off while power supply to the Veer, Srigufwara, Zirpara, Shamsipora and Bijbehara SICOP areas will be affected from 09:00 AM to 02:30 PM on 26 & 29 March, 2025.
