Dr Darakhshan visits Rajouri to supervise Mat- Laying at Eidgah Jamia Masjid, City Jamia Panjpir Mosque

Says "Dev works which are in progress here will be completed soon"

Srinagar : Chairperson J&K Waqf Board Dr. Syed Darakhshan Andrabi on Friday visited Rajouri and took stock of the infrastructural works which are in progress at different Waqf Board managed places of worship.
The Waqf Board Chairperson supervised the of process of the New Mat- Laying at Eidgah Jamia Masjid, City Jamia Masjid & at Panjpir Mosque. CEO of J&K Waqf Board Zaheer Ahmed Kaifi, Administrator Waqf Board Rajouri Abdul Qayoom Mir, Manager Waqf Unit Rajouri Sajjad Ahmed also accompanied Dr Darakhshan during the visit. Speaking on the occasion Dr Darakhshan Andrabi said that we decided to lay new matting at all these important places of worship in Rajouri before Eid and we are happy to have been able to accomplish the work. “Many infrastructural works are going on here and we are hopeful that these will be completed soon. New Matting Process by Waqf Board is continuing and we are planning to continue this project in future too”, said Dr Andrabi.
She said that J&K is a place of spiritual excellence and we are previledged to contribute to strengthen our spiritual centers throughout J&K. “Public faith and trust in Waqf Board has been fully restored by our transparency and vibracy on the ground. Public support is what keeps us motivated and drives us to executive the plans of development and upgradation”, said Andrabi.
