G’bal : In a stringent market inspection, authorities launched a crackdown in Ganderbal main town to ensure compliance with regulations. The inspection, led by Naib Tehsildar Shahid Iqbal, aimed at curbing violations related to market discipline and public safety.
During the drive, one shop was sealed, and several business establishments faced penalties for non-compliance with established norms. The inspection was conducted in coordination with officials from the Food Safety Department, Municipal Committee (MC), and Ganderbal Police. Officials emphasized that such inspections will continue in the coming days to uphold hygiene and safety standards. Authorities have urged vendors and shopkeepers to strictly adhere to the prescribed guidelines to avoid penalties and legal action.
