Bandipora: Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Bandipora, Shabir Ahmad Wani, who is also Electoral Registration Officer (ERO) Bandipora convened a meeting on Monday with representatives of various political parties to discuss various aspects regarding elections.
The meeting held at mini secretariat Bandipora, threadbare discussed various measures and issues regarding elections including rationalization of polling stations, challenges faced by BLOs and polling station issues.
ERO Bandipora outlined the responsibilities of political parties and their candidates in maintaining the integrity of the electoral process. The discussion also addressed logistical arrangements, voter education, and strategies to enhance transparency while preventing electoral malpractice.
