Jammu: Anand Jain, Additional Director General, Armed Police, on Tuesday visited the Commando Training Centre (CTC) in Sunjwan, Jammu, and inaugurated the 2 weeks Quick Reaction team Training Course. The course is designed to enhance the operational capabilities of police personnel & also improve their tactical skills.
On his arrival, the ADGP was presented Guard of Honour by a contingent of CTC Sunjwan, Ms. Sarah Rizvi, , DIG IRP Range Jammu and Vinod Kumar, IPS, DIG, Armed Range Jammu were also accompanying the ADGP. On the occasion, the ADGP Armed inspected the facilities provided to the trainees in the said training centre. During his address, the ADGP Armed emphasized the significance of these Refresher/Specialized courses and their crucial role in preparing the Police personnel in tackling emerging situations & future challenges. The ADGP also stressed upon the trainees to fully utilize this opportunity to sharpen their skills and enhance their tactical knowledge.
