Srinagar : The Jammu & Kashmir National Conference Chief Spokesperson and MLA Zadibal Tanvir Sadiq, stated that the government led by Omar Abdullah is committed to working with a vision of participatory and collaborative planning to foster development and address public issues.
The NC Chief Spokesperson emphasized the importance of involving the public in decision-making processes to ensure that policies are reflective of the needs and desires of the people. “This commitment to public participation demonstrates a dedication to transparency, accountability, and responsiveness, ultimately leading to a more inclusive and democratic governance system,” he said.
During his tour of the Hazratbal and Lalbazar areas of the Zadibal Assembly segment, Tanvir said Omar Abdullah govt was keen on working closely with people to have their issues redressed. Accompanied by the party’s local unit functionaries and representatives from the administration, he engaged in lively conversations with the people, addressing their concerns with ease.
Later in the day, visited Leper colony at Bharar in Lalbazar, where he interacted with patients and locals. Upon hearing their grievances, he assured them that he would personally take up the matter with the Chief Minister and Health Minister for redressal.
